Champions Healthy Lawn Program Policy

Our goal is to provide a healthier, greener lawn through consistent, professionally timed weed control and fertilization treatments.

Program Schedule

The Champions Healthy Lawn Program includes 7 scheduled applications throughout the year. Applications are performed based on seasonal timing, weather conditions, and the needs of your lawn. Treatment dates may vary throughout the year.

Weed Control Expectations

Weed control treatments do not produce immediate results. Please allow up to 14 days after an application for treated weeds to begin showing visible decline.

Some weeds may require multiple treatments depending on the type of weed, maturity, weather conditions, and overall lawn condition.

Fertilization Results

Lawn color and growth response will vary based on turf type, temperature, rainfall, irrigation, mowing practices, soil conditions, and other environmental factors. Fertilization is intended to improve the health and appearance of the lawn over time.

Payment

The program may be divided into 12 equal monthly payments for convenience. Monthly payments are installments toward the annual 7-application program and do not represent one application per month.

Customers may also choose to pay for the annual program in full when available.

Customer Responsibilities

For the best results, customers are responsible for proper mowing and watering practices. Customers must also provide reasonable access to the lawn on scheduled service days.

Please keep pets and children away from treated areas until the application has dried.

Weather & Scheduling

Applications may be postponed or rescheduled due to rain, excessive wind, extreme temperatures, or other conditions that could affect the safety or effectiveness of the treatment.

Additional Treatments

The standard program includes weed control and fertilization. Services such as aeration, overseeding, lime, fungicide treatments, insect treatments, and other specialty applications are not included unless specifically stated in the customer's service package.

Cancellation

The Champions Healthy Lawn Program is an annual program. If service is canceled before completion, services already performed may be recalculated at the standard individual application rate. Any outstanding balance for completed services will be due at the time of cancellation.

Results

Every lawn is different, and results depend on existing lawn conditions and proper cultural practices. Champions Landscaping cannot guarantee a completely weed-free lawn, but our program is designed to significantly reduce weeds and improve the overall health, color, and appearance of the turf.
